SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched from Nevaeh within 2-4 business days, rate as well as expected delivery will differ depending on location.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered within 7-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise specified.

Note that complications within the shipping process such as lost parcel or damaged product/ box does not fall under the responsibility of Nevaeh.
Once orders are transmitted to couriers, they are now accountable for a cautious delivery.

If any problems please contact the courier company as they will be able to provide more assistance.

Nevaeh is also not liable for international fees or customs that may be dispensed.

Please take care when filling in your details, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped.

RETURNS

Nevaeh cannot accept refunds or exchanges we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on all jewellery, NEVEAH is not responsible for any damage occurring from natural wear.

On an unlikely event, exchanges are only accepted if an item is faulty if you contact us to access the item with in 24 hours of receiving it, once passed this time frame we are no longer able to offer you an exchange as this is determined on a case by case basis considering all jewellery is inspected thoroughly before being packed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
